Please answer the following questions.
Returning Volunteer - I give CEF permission to conduct a background check using my previously submitted information. I realize that I will receive an email requesting my permission from Protect My Ministry (shown as mobilzemyministry.com).
New Volunteer - I commit to submitting information for a background check. I realize that I need to complete a separate form for this background check after I submit this form (the link was provided in the Welcome email and in the confirmation email I will receive after I complete this form).
All volunteers are required to attend training each year. Our in-person training provides not only valuable information, but also encouragement, vision, and the opportunity to connect with volunteers serving in clubs across our area.

T-Shirt - We need all volunteers to wear our t-shirt.
All volunteers should wear their Good News Club t-shirt to the club each week. We will be wearing the same design as last year. If you are a first-year volunteer or if you need a new shirt, please complete the size option and payment option below.
Please contribute to yours below as we have subsidized part of the cost. If unable to help with your t-shirt enter "Scholarship" for the payment method. If your church is purchasing the shirt for you, select your church from the options in the payment method.
T-shirts are unisex so choose your size accordingly. T-Shirts will be available for pick-up at the two training venues in August. After that, an additional $3 will be required to offset the mailing cost.
We also have available (optional) a long-sleeve t-shirt with the same design to wear during the colder winter season.
